That's me in the blue jacket. Got to start somewhere. My sister started running about 6months ago. She loves Park Run on a Saturday morning. Loads of energy, excitement and atmosphere. Definitely recommended.
I was up visiting her for her birthday and we'd agreed to go for a social 5k run. Except I'd had this letter and now I had to run further. So my first 'long run' was a Park Run in Warrington. Three laps of the park run. 15k total. Everyone had long gone by the time I finished. It was a lonely end to the run. But nice to complete it.
